We are creating a space where people meet who they want to meet! With an ideal ratio for Jobseekers, Hiring and General Attendees, we start with a great baseline of access. In addition we have designed attendee badges that highlight the following information: All Badges have name and the option of adding in pronouns Job Seekers List of jobs sharing a few job titles the individual is interested in Seniority level highlighting where the individual is in their career and what they are looking for Languages spoken Sharing the languages and proficiency the individual has! Great information for companies scaling to new countries! Hiring Company Name Allowing candidates to see, right away, which company is being represented Job title Highlighting someones role in the company allows for streamlined interactions Currently hiring Similar to the 'List of Jobs' for job seekers, this allows the individual to share what roles they are focusing on Company Operating Languages Here we highlight the languages most used within the company (Norwegian and English / Norwegian only, being the most common) and also which languages specifically the badge holder speaks General Attendee Company Name, Job title, Company Operating As above in hiring badges More info Allows the badge holder to highlight why they are at Splash. Could be to provide support to Job Seekers or Companies or they could be there for networking. All of the above information being readily presented allows for people to network with intent and structure! You'll be asked a couple of questions, per ticket during the purchasing process! It is per ticket so you can highlight if different people from your team to highlight different roles in the company. For example: P&C Manager hiring for - Marketing Lead, Sales Rep and COO CTO hiring for - Senior Architect, Front End Dev, Design Intern Highlighting the languages allows for companies to make potential applicants know a little more about how the company operates and if they have languages in common!

We want Splash to be a cornerstone for talent acquisition for years to come creating real and impactful systemic change. For that to happen we need to start with a sustainable model, but with a low barrier for entry where it matters - a job seeker ticket is in line with a expensive lunch meaning it is mostly accessible. Having a paid aspect for the event also lowers the risk of no shows! We have also built the price to include any fees - what you see is what you pay!

The best couple of tickets would be General Attendee or Job Seeker, depending on the level of work you would like to take on. Either are a good fit and its up to you!

Absolutely! We have put languages as a key interaction point for Splash. On everyones badges we will highlight what languages are spoken by the individual with the badge and, if applicable, the operating languages of the company they are representing.
